Selecting snippet on launch when searching bug

Hi. One of the things that really is a top priority for me when grabbing a snippet is speed. Since the last few versions, I have noticed a bug (at least what I would call a bug) which makes selecting a snippet 'that much more' time consuming. Basically, if I launch Code Collector Pro (version 1.4.2 (98) on OS X 10.6.3) and go to search for a snippet, the realtime search will show matches but when I click on the one I want to see it does not refresh in the snippet pane. Instead it is stuck on the snippet that was previously selected until I unselect it and reselect it for the snippet to refresh, after this point selecting snippets does the expected behaviour. I attach a picture showing the issue. In case the above is not clear I will just re-iterate:

  1. Launch Code Collector Pro
  2. Go to search box and enter search terms
  3. Matching snippets are shown below
  4. I click on a snippet that I want to view but it is not shown until I either click on another snippet or unselect and reselect the snippet

Thanks.

    Hi Daniel,

I've marked this down to be fixed in the next version. In the meantime, if you are wanting quick access to your snippets for use in another app then I recommend using the snippet search panel which makes it very fast to find a snippet and add it to a document.

    Thanks

    Martin
