'Resolve Ticket' shortcut, comment font styling, priorities

Hey! I love LHK but here are a few feature suggestions:

Resolve Ticket shortcut - a globally available button to instantly mark a ticket as resolved (with an optional comment) would be a really handy workflow optimization.

Fonts I'd love to be able to select my own font and text size for both the comment editing textbox and the actual ticket view.

Priorities How about support for LH ticket priorities?

Just some thoughts. Keep up the good work!

    Hi Chris,

    We're looking into making it easier to change ticket state and adding priorities for a future version. With fonts, I'm not entirely sure what use changing the font in the comment text area would be but to change the font in the ticket view you can simply create your own theme (or just modify the existing one).
