Connection failure looses my changes and pops tons of windows

When there is a intermittent connection failure, the following occurs:

For making a new ticket:
1) The ticket goes into the queue
2) After timeout I get the 'connection failure' dialog and the Ticket pops back up
3) The ticket looses all it's description text, title, etc, and just pops a completely empty new ticket window

For editing a ticket, the same process unfolds, except that the title and milestone, etc stay but the notes I just typed get blanked out.

This is really annoying and makes your software pretty useless - I spend 5 minutes writing a ticket or comment, only to have it completely lost by the software. Additionally, couldn't you just put it into a queue and retry when the connection comes back? It's annoying to think that I can't file tickets while offline and just have them go up when I connect (though that would be a more advanced feature)

Additionally, when there is a connection failure it will frequently pop up 5-10 blank 'add ticket' windows.

These features are all crucial to me wanting to use or recommend this software, since Lighthouse is often down or having trouble due to heavy use. I was hoping that your software would mitigate this issue with their service.

    Hi Matthew,

This is a bug I'm aware of and am fixing for 1.2, which is also going to be setting things up for adding offline editing of all data in 1.3.

    Thanks

    Martin

Version 1.2 won't be out for a few months. I may look into a bug fix for this in the near future as it is annoying the hell out of me too.

    Thanks

    Martin
