offline fail

When I created a new ticket while offline, the application exhibited wierd behavior. It lost the data of the new ticket, popped up an "No Internet Connection" error, and then opened up three new blank "Add Ticket" windows.

You are so close to this working in an offline mode.

    Hmm, there are some issues with popping up too many ticket windows when there is no internet connection, not seen it losing the data though. I'll look into this for the next update.
