Tickets
Tickets are the main item you will deal with in Lighthouse Keeper. You can do almost everything with tickets in Lighthouse Keeper that you can in Lighthouse itself (the only thing you can't do is modify the body of a ticket).
Viewing tickets
Tickets are displayed on the right of the Lighthouse Keeper window. At the top is a list of the tickets in the currently selected scope (a project, milestone, ticket bin or simply all tickets across all accounts). Selecting a ticket in this list will display its details below.
The ticket list can be filtered using the search bar in the top right. This uses the same search syntax as the Lighthouse website, which is detailed on this Lighthouse help page.
The ticket list can also be abitrarily filtered using a Quick Filter. To create a filter, select the tickets you want included in the filter and then choose Add Tickets to Filter from the Tickets menu (you can also right click on the tickets). This will grey out all other tickets. You can add additional tickets to the filter the same way, or remove tickets using the Remove Tickets from Filter menu item. You can completely hide unfiltered tickets by selecting the Hides Unfiltered Tickets menu item.
Ticket attachments
Lighthouse Keeper 2 can download attachments associated with your tickets. To do this, select the ticket and open the attachments list (the button in the top right of the details view). This will show all attachments associated with the ticket.
To download an attachment click the button to the right of attachment. After an attachment has downloaded this button will change to a magifying glass, allowing you to reveal it in the Finder.
Adding a ticket
To add a ticket click the Add Ticket toolbar icon or press Cmd-N. This will bring up an "Add Ticket" window. All you need to do to add a ticket is enter a title, select a project and click the Create toolbar icon. Of course you will most likely want to enter some tags, set the milestone and assigned user and enter a description for the ticket before you create it.
Editing a ticket
To update a ticket, select it and click the Edit Ticket toolbar icon or double click on a ticket. This window functions the same way as the "Add Ticket" window but with a few important difference. Firstly, you cannot change the project for a ticket (if you want the same ticket details but want to move it to another project you will need to copy the ticket). You will also notice you can now set the status of the ticket via a drop down. Lastly, entering text into the description field will make a comment, not update the body of the ticket.

Some common editing operations have shortcuts that can be applied on several tickets at a time. Tickets can be assigned to a milestone by dragging them from the ticket list to the milestone in the source list. To remove the milestone from a ticket, drag it to the "All Tickets" cell.
Ticket states can be updated from the state popup, the button in the top right of the ticket details view that contains the state name and colour of the selected ticket(s). Clicking on this button brings up a list of available states and selecting one will update all the selected tickets to that state. This operation can also be performed across projects and accounts, providing the projects in question have common ticket state values.
Deleting a ticket
To delete a ticket, select it and click the Delete Ticket toolbar icon. A confirmation sheet will pop up. Click Delete to delete the ticket. Please note that this operation cannot be undone.
Copying a ticket
Lighthouse Keeper allows you to copy a ticket, either within a project or across to another project. To copy a ticket, select it and click the Copy Ticket toolbar icon. This will open a window that works in the same way as the "Add Ticket" window, except you will find that all the fields have been autofilled with the ticket details. Click Copy to copy the ticket. Alternatively you can edit fields before copying the ticket. Note that the ticket's status and history are not copied
